Admin Officer

Full Time Temporary

In the role of Admin Officer your duties will include:

* Providing effective administration

* Providing support for managers

* Being the first point of for any queries, correspondence and complaints

* Maintaining inventory of stocks of office supplies.

* Management of PPE issued to staff

* Managing office petty cash system.

* To provide Administration/Secretariat support

* Being the initial point of contact with the WG and the public with regards to any queries and correspondence and to manage and facilitate efficient and effective responses within set timescales.

* Co-ordinating bookings of meeting rooms and vehicle bookings

* Dealing with complaints and enquiries in a polite and courteous manner and providing site inductions to staff and visitors.

* Assisting in ensuring that all staff have been issued with ID passes.

* Managing the meeting booking system for approval and update any amendments.

* Creating Purchase Orders and forward to relevant parties.

To be successful in the role of Admin Officer you will need to:

* Work as a member of a team and individually

* Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Manage your own time, considering work priorities

* Have the ability to work accurately and thoroughly without supervision

* Great customer service skills

* IT skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Previous experience within an administration role

This is a full time temporary ongoing role covering long term sickness, you will be working from home with the odd day at the Conwy office from the end of May onwards. On an annual salary of £20,444.
